RESOUND TEAMS NAMED WINNER OF FIVE GOLD STEVIE® AWARDS IN
2018 STEVIE AWARDS FOR SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bloomington, Minn. … March 13, 2018 … GN Hearing, a global leader in Smart Hearing aid technology, announced today that it earned six Stevie® Awards (five Gold and one Bronze) for its North America ReSound business teams in the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service competition.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM and International Business Awards®.

ReSound teams were recognized as the Gold winner in the following categories:

  • National Sales Executive of the Year – Mikkel Knudsen, vice president – sales
  • Government Sales Team of the Year – John Pettus, vice president – government services
  • Business Development Executive of the Year – Keith Lewis, vice president – business development
  • Sales Training or Education Leader of the Year – Sarah Klett, director of training
  • Sales Support Team of the Year – Sales and Training Teams

The Company’s Bronze Stevie Award was earned in the National Sales Team of the Year category.

More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. Entries were considered across 89 categories for customer service and contact center achievements; 60 categories for sales and business development achievements; and several other categories recognizing new products and services as well as solution providers.
